I have seen a Li-ion hearth first hand within the lab and have designed dozens and dozens of battery packs and chargers for patrons. The LED lights shouldn’t light up again after it’s charged. There’s one thing mistaken with that P4 battery. P4 batteries received’t even allow you to “top off” the battery just like the P3.
